Our cabin is the perfect base for exploring Swedish Lapland. Located in the Kiruna municipality, you'll have easy access to world-class skiing, snowmobile tours, and the magical northern lights.

The cabin features a cozy living area with a pellet stove, perfect for warming up after a day in the snow. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals, and the peaceful surroundings offer the ultimate escape from everyday life.

Terms and Conditions

Booking A booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit. You will receive a confirmation email.

Check-in / Check-out Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Early/late times by arrangement.

Payment Full payment required at time of booking. We accept major credit cards and bank transfer.

House Rules No smoking indoors. Pets by prior arrangement only. Maximum occupancy must be respected.

Damages Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear. A security deposit may be required.

Liability We are not liable for personal injury or loss of belongings. Travel insurance is recommended.

Force Majeure We are not liable for cancellations due to extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation Cancel up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund.

14-7 Days Before 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Less Than 7 Days No refund. The full amount will be charged.

No-Show No refund for no-shows. The full booking amount is charged.

Modifications Date changes are subject to availability and may incur price differences.
